November saw 16 Sunriver properties go pending or sold. Of those sold, there were 2 condos, 1 fractional ownership and 13 single family homes. River Village saw the most sales with a total of 3 homes sold or pending. Fairway Crest Village, Deer Park, Meadow Village, and Mountain Village East tied with two sales each within their respective Sunriver neighborhoods.
The balance of the pending and sold properties were an Abbot House condo, Ridge condo fractional, an Eaglewood condo, one home in Overlook Park and one home in Fairway Island.
Sales prices ranged from $22,500 for a 6-week fractional at the Ridge, to a $649,000 home in Fairway Crest Village. There are typically more visitors between Thanksgiving and New Years in Sunriver, so it will be interesting to see what sales look like through this period.
