Sunriver real estate sales saw a modest gain over May. A total of 10 Sunriver properties sold, while another 10 Sunriver homes and condos received offers that were accepted and pending sale. Of the total sales and accepted offers, 13 were Sunriver homes, 5 were Sunriver condos and 2 were Sunriver fractional ownerships.
Fairway Crest Village saw the most sales and offers with a total of 4 homes going Pending or Sold in June. Coming in second for most activity was Abbot House with 2 units sold and 1 unit receiving an accepted offer.
Sunriver condo sales activity ranged from $87,000 to $255,000 and Sunriver single family homes had a selling price range of $349,000 to $875,000. The two Sunriver fractional ownerships sold for $60,000 for a 1/4 interest in a Ranch Cabin and $99,000 for a 1/6 share for a Sunriver home located in the Deer Park neighborhood.
